Why do I need Safe +?

Can I install Safe + on an iPod touch or iPad too?

Yes, Safe + is compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.


Can I create a backup of Safe +?

You can use the backup feature included in Safe +. More information about backups is available here.


Can I synchronize Safe + across different devices?

You can use the backup feature included in Safe + to transfer your data across your iOS devices and your Macs.
Using our device synchronization, you can easily synchronize your devices via Wi-Fi. Documentation about device synchronization is available here.


Can I delete old Safe + backups?

Yes, you can delete backups in the Restore Safe + menu included in the settings.

Can I store images into Safe +?

Yes, you can use the camera of your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. It is also possible to import images from the Photos app.


Can I access my login credentials directly from Safari?

Yes, using the Safe + Safari Action you can directly access your login credentials stored in Safe +! Documentation for the Safari Action is available here.


Can I contact phnsft if I have problems with Safe +?

Can I recover the password of my Safe + in case of loss?

No you can´t. Take good care of your master password. If you lose it, you will not be able to access your data.
You will also need to remember your master password if you are using Touch ID for login, since Touch ID login can be reset and will not be transferred between devices!


What do I have to to do to use Safe + again if I forgot my password?

You will need to delete Safe + (and therefore your data) from your device. Then download Safe + again, it is free because you already bought the app.
